Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify CS Skin Studio at (815) 378-2657 or csskinstudio1@gmail.com as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost, and no-shows will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost.
